We have been asked by Bunnings to provide a team for a sausage sizzle at their annual Easter egg hunt and family Barbeque on March 30th from 4:30 - 0700.
This is not seen as a big attendance event with Bunnings providing the food. However, it’s a very good PR exercise for us and will be a provide closer links for us with Bunnings.
We will need to have at least 3 to 4 members to assist on the night.
Our involvement should be minimal and restricted to only doing the cooking and serving to customers.
In return, we will receive a $200 Bunnings voucher. A great raffle prize for future fund raising.
