We have been asked by Bunnings to provide a team for a sausage sizzle at their annual Easter egg hunt and family Barbeque on March 30th from 4:30 - 0700. This is not seen as a big attendance event with Bunnings providing the food. However, it’s a very good PR exercise for us and will be a provide closer links for us with Bunnings. We will need to have at least 3 to 4 members to assist on the night. Our involvement should be minimal and restricted to only doing the cooking and serving to customers. In return, we will receive a $200 Bunnings voucher. A great raffle prize for future fund raising. |

Harvey Norman has asked Rotary to be the food provider at "event in the car park" together with the Police, the Fire service, the Ambulance service and local Rad io Station. We can sell sausagesand onion on bread, bacon and egg burgers and coffee along with soft drinks. The time frame for this event is from 08:30 in the morning util 1 pm, Please mark up your calanders in support of this event and let us know if you are available for all or part of the time needed to run the event. Remember, you are the club and the club is you. |

After a two and a half years, We are going back to the Harvey Norman car park to sell sausages and onion on bread and bacon and egg burgers.
We will be looking to getting a team of four together for the Saturday morning.
So, lets see if the members are willing to give up a Saturday morning for fund raising
